Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NitroRouter ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our product, NitroRouter (nitrorouter.com), and associated services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
  • Payment Information: We use Stripe as a third-party payment processor. While we collect information regarding your subscription tier and payment history, your full payment details (like credit card numbers) are provided directly to Stripe.
  • Communications: If you contact us for support, we collect the contents of your messages.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data & Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how users interact with our website. This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and feature usage.
  • API Logs: When you use our API, we temporarily log metadata (such as timestamp, request volume, and token counts) for billing, rate limiting, and security purposes.
  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in and analyze product usage. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

C. Third-Party Data (AI Providers)

NitroRouter acts as a router for multiple AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). The inputs (prompts) you send through our API are forwarded to these upstream providers. We do not permanently store your API prompts or generated responses unless explicitly configured for caching (if applicable), but your data will be subject to the privacy policies of the respective upstream providers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve NitroRouter.
  • Process transactions and send related information (e.g., invoices).
  • Route your API requests to the appropriate upstream AI models.
  • Analyze usage trends and enhance user experience (via GA4).
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share information with the following categories of third parties:

  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with vendors that assist us, including our payment processor (Stripe) and analytics provider (Google).
  • Upstream AI Providers: To fulfill your API requests, your prompts are sent to our integrated AI providers. Please review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your data.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes.

4. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the GDPR in Europe or CCPA in California), you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Opt-out of certain data collection or marketing communications.
  • Request a copy of your personal data in a portable format.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at i@krytro.com.

5. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the Service prior to the changes taking effect.
